I’ve always heard that you should talk (and write and shoot videos) about the things you know.
I became a REALTOR® because I’d spent 20 years as a real estate investor and wanted to get closer to the industry. During those same 20 years (and for an additional 10 years before them), I was an IT (information technology) professional. I wrote computer software and led software development teams in a number of industries including health care, agriculture, municipal governments, and law enforcement.
I’ve always been the guy who family & friends asked, “Hey, you can fix my computer for me?” I quickly became that at my brokerage, too, which lead me to start Tech Support Tuesdays. Agent Tech Tips grew out of those Tuesday morning questions. Lots of people asked the same questions, so I decided to start writing down the answers.
