Artificial Intelligence in Real Estate Workshop

Course Description

Designed for real estate agents who want to learn the basics of artificial intelligence (AI) as well as practical applications of AI in the real estate industry, this introductory course on AI in real estate covers the evolution of AI, potential benefits and pitfalls of AI, a look at the future of AI as it relates to real estate, and hands-on experience in using some of the most popular AI tools currently available. By the end of the course, participants will have a solid understanding of basic AI and how it can be applied to their businesses. With over half of the course slated for a hand-on workshop, participants will also leave the class with unique materials suitable for immediate use in their business as well as ideas for further applications of AI.

Learning Objectives

  • Introduce real estate agents to the basics of Artificial Intelligence (AI)
  • Discuss the applications of AI in the real estate industry
  • Explore the potential benefits and pitfalls of using AI in real estate
  • Provide an overview of popular AI tools including but not limited to ChatGPT, Bard, DALL-E, Midjourney, Kittl, and other relevant AI platforms
  • Hands-on experience in using a few major AI platforms

By the end of the course, students will have hands-on experience engineering both simple and complex prompts. They will leave the class with a handful of completed projects that they can immediately use in their own businesses.

Cyber Security - How to Protect Yourself

Course Description

Cyber security and identity theft are some of the largest, and costliest growing segments of crime and crime prevention in the US today. The real estate industry, and specifically the commercial sector is one of the largest targets for this kind of theft. This course will discuss how agents can protect client data as well as their own without having to be an IT genius. Agents will learn how to their businesses and clients safe from compromise, and how to keep themselves “Cyber-Safe” in today’s market.
